Woohoo!!! We have another Monday and it’s gonna be awesome! Why, you ask? Because we’ve got a positive mental attitude!
Not only do we get a silly song about spaghetti as well as a “P.M.A. P.S.A.,” we are celebrating NATIONAL OPPOSITES DAY! YAAAAAAAY!!! (Kermit Arms)
Let’s talk about opposites for a few minutes and see how we can use opposites to know what we like and don’t like, how we feel or want to feel, and what we can do to recognize the differences between them.
When you’re feeling upset, it’s up to you to find your way back to that opposite feeling. When you’re angry, it may be tough to get back to that opposite feeling of calm, but it’s good to have that feeling in mind.
Using the theme of #opposites today for our three questions, my answers are as follows:
WHAT AM I GRATEFUL FOR TODAY?
• Knowing what opposites are.
WHAT WOULD MAKE TODAY GREAT?
• Drink plenty of water.
WHAT IS MY AFFIRMATION?
• I have a positive mental attitude.
I sing the classic children’s song On Top Of Spaghetti as well as my original song PMA PSA.
I hope our weekly conversations help you towards having an even better day than you already were going to have.

Oh, what a beautiful Monday
The start of a beautiful week
I’m confident and positive
And grateful that indeed
Today I have everything I need
